Each job can vary. It depends on the amount of windows, difficulty, if there are sunscreens or tint, how many stories, etc.  We will either come out to your property or give you a quote over the phone once we have looked up the property online.  But we prefer to come out that way we get a chance to meet you in person! 

In the quote we provide you it will always include normal bug screens for exterior cleans and brushing out tracks when doing the interior.

Depends on you. How often do you want to enjoy a clear view?  We have clients that clean the exterior monthly and inside quarterly and some that go quarterly, bi-annually & annually for in & out or out only.  The inside stays cleaner longer but the outside can get dusty pretty quickly here in the Arizona desert.
