Clean Edge Window Cleaning, LLC offers text messaging for customers and prospective customers who directly and voluntarily opt in.

HOW USERS OPT IN

Users may opt in by selecting an optional, unchecked text-message consent box on a Clean Edge Window Cleaning website form.

Existing customers may also verbally authorize Clean Edge Window Cleaning to send one enrollment text. Recurring promotional consent is completed only when the customer replies DEALS from their own mobile device.

Verbal permission by itself does not enroll a customer in recurring promotional messages.

TYPES OF MESSAGES

Service-related messages may include estimates, scheduling, appointment confirmations, arrival notices, service updates, customer-care replies, and job follow-up.

Promotional messages may include occasional customer specials, seasonal offers, and service reminders.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Service-message frequency varies based on the customer’s request or scheduled service. Promotional messages will generally not exceed two messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services.

OPTING OUT AND HELP

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After opting out, the customer may receive one final message confirming the opt-out.

PRIVACY AND THIRD-PARTY MARKETING

Clean Edge Window Cleaning does not sell, rent, purchase, or share mobile phone information or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Clean Edge Window Cleaning does not send affiliate marketing, third-party marketing, purchased-lead marketing, or lead-generation messages. Messages are sent only on behalf of Clean Edge Window Cleaning and only for the purposes authorized by the recipient.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data-sharing provisions for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
